I am very pleased with my experience at Faith Ford in Westminster Vermont. The sales rep I met with, his name was Bryce Sharkey and he was super helpful with every question I had and the whole experience. I also dealt with Nate Parslow he was equally as helpful and very professional with every question that I had. Today I walked away with my new car satisfied and happy. I definitely recommend faith's Ford and ask for Bryce or Nate.

Last week I contacted Faiths Toyota looking to purchase a new Highlander that day. Within mins they sent me a couple options and set me up with Bryce in the sales department. Within a short period of time I had my application accepted for financing and I picked my vehicle up that evening. When I arrived to the dealership the staff greeted me shortly after walking through the door to include the General manager Bill who helped work my trade in deal. What a great group of people, highly recommend buying from Faith’s. While signing my lease documents with Randy he made small talk, and offer me something to drink. I liked that he wasn’t all about business and that was it. After papers were signed Bryce assisted me with all the cool features inside my vehicle and made sure I knew how to use the Toyota app, showed me how to connect my phone and more. It was late at night and he didn’t rush me to leave, in fact even after I said I was good to go he didn’t leave work until after I left. I thought this was great as it was dark out, and I was still getting adjusted into my new vehicle. Thank you. I love my new suv, Bryce has since followed up a couple days later asking how I like my vehicle and also mentioned that if I needed anything to let him know. We have bought 4 vehicles from this dealership and everyone we’ve come across have been amazing to work with. Thank you!!!

While they were fixing my vehicle I was talking to the sales department and although my vehicle is only a couple years old I'm probably gonna buy a new one from them. There is sales department And their service department were both very friendly and very professional.

Had my second wonderful experience with this dealership. I picked a pre-owned Highlander from the website and was even more impressed with the vehicle when we test drove. The detailing department does amazing work, the vehicle looks brand new. The sales person, Bryce, was incredibly helpful with a fantastic personality that made the experience fun and lighthearted. Finance was also extremely helpful and great to work with. I felt genuinely supported in my transaction and most certainly will be returning again when it’s time. This is the way car buying should feel.

Both were very professional, polite, and responsive to communications. MSRP pricing and they made sure that the price protection from Ford was applied without me having to find numbers or dates. The First service experience with my Brand New 2022 Corolla was an absolute delight! Not only were the staff & technicians both efficient and friendly, they were also incredibly understanding of my initial hesitation regarding their knowledge with servicing a vehicle with an Intoxalock device. I can only hope that my next visit for an oil undercoating will be just as rewarding as this experience was.
